When in reality, the Comfort Inn General Manager exposes the fact that the refund would come solely from Traveluro. Traveluro, you are attempting to scapegoat the Comfort Inn, saying the Inn can't refund Traveluro, and in turn, Traveluro can't refund me the customer. despite our group email for refund resolution between Traveluro, the Comfort Inn General Manager, and myself. Dear Traveluro, Your redundancy reply here at TrustPilot is unsurprising, yet upsetting. Yet in a group email, between myself, Traveluro, and the Comfort Inn, the Comfort Inn General Manager even calls out Traveluro as the responsible party for having the power to issue a refund to the customer. Traveluro is attempting to abuse and frame the Comfort Inn as the scapegoat. Traveluro is attempting to have you believe they can't refund my money. Traveluro is attempting to cheat me out of my money. and most importantly mislead you the reader. so that you, the reader can follow the sequence of events. which Traveluro merely copied and pasted from their yesterday email to me. Regrettably, Trustpilot has no counter-reply to Traveluro's response below today.
